Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) protects an individual employee’s right to engage – or not to engage – in union support, membership, and other protected concerted activities. Your decision to support or not support unionization will in no way impact your employment.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact Human Resources and/or the regional office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The National Labor Relations Act also forbids the union or its agents from restraining or coercing employees who do not support the union.
